American Legion Mullins-Nickerson Post 108 Commander Ed Robinson presents David Lopez with a plaque recognizing Lopez’s latest back-to-back tours of duty as post commander for 2013 and 2014. Lopez, a retired U.S. Navy captain, also served as post commander 2010 and 2011.
