Distribution Superintendent Art Holloman with the Pagosa Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) has been named the Water Manager of the Year for District 7 by the Colorado Division of Water Resources (CDWR). The presentation of the award is scheduled today at 11 a.m. in the CDWR offices located at 160 Rockpoint Drive, Suite E, in Durango.
